Welcome to BijFran ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of [bijfranbikinis.com] (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
All bikinis sold on the Site are hand-sewn. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in stitching, fabric pattern placement, and finish may occur between units — this is a natural feature of handmade goods, not a defect.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Prices are listed in [CAD/USD — specify] and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
If you provide custom measurements for a made-to-order item, you're responsible for the accuracy of the measurements submitted. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defect — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
We ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For US orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by customs authorities upon import; these are not included in the checkout price.
Because every piece is individually handcrafted to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Please review our Return Policy and Size guide carefully before placing your order.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments (or our designated payment processor). We do not store your full payment card details.
All content on the Site — including logos, product photography, designs, and text — is owned by BijFran and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or misleading information (including fraudulent orders or fraudulent measurement/return claims).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BijFran is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including allergic reactions to materials — please review fabric composition before purchasing if you have known sensitivities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
